Oversized Yet Drop-In Replacement

Our 6.0L Powerstroke intercooler features a bar-and-plate core that measures 3.35-inches thick, which is 33-percent more depth than the OEM version offers. This added thickness provides a 32.5-percent internal volume increase over stock. But despite its larger size, our performance intercooler was designed to integrate seamlessly in the ’03-‘07 Super Duty trucks. It bolts directly in place of the factory unit and only calls for simple hand tools to handle the install (no cutting or modifying).

Robust Design & Long-Term Durability

With durability being a top priority, our 6.0L Powerstroke intercooler was engineered with strong, boost-rated end tanks. Their cast-aluminum construction ensures they hold up in highly modified applications such as drag racers and/or sled pullers, but on top of that the end tanks are also designed to optimize airflow. And because every engine benefits from lower intake air temperatures, we included an air diverter in the hot-side end tank, which reduces turbulence and works to evenly distribute compressed air across the entire core.
